Knitting
In the circular knitting facility, we produce fabrics from natural, synthetic and artificial fibres. We incorporate various components in the fabrics. In the circular knitting facility, we produce fabrics in various weaves. The circular knitting facility performs its production on 47 circular knitting machines with the annual capacity of 5.500.000 metres.
Dyeing and finishing
In our finishing department, we improve the characteristics of fabrics. We finish the fabrics by dyeing or bleaching, by special coatings and softeners, and hence give it the final appearance which satisfies the needs of our customers. We develop our dyeing tendencies in our laboratory. We are also flexible in adjusting to the needs of customers by developing new hues. We dispose of a contemporary computer-managed dyeing system. The annual capacity of finished fabrics is 1,320 tons. We follow the quality of fabrics at all points in the production process. We have a laboratory where we perform quality analysis according to regulative standards. When our customers express such a wish or need, we provide printing of the fabric by our co-operators.
Development
Knowledge, ability, innovation and ingenuity base our development on the basis of which we pursue our mission.Pletiva have been taking an active part in various research-development projects for several years which, besides new working procedures, introduce new value-added products, concentrated on ecology and high technology of smart-response fabrics. We also consider the wishes of our customers, and together we create new fabrics.
