Scope and service

Our production process consists of the process of:

• texturing,
• twisting,
• dying,
• rewinding,
• elastane covering

Production process starts with texturing, whereby textured yarn is produced from a partly oriented yarn and acquires the properties which are needed for processing in the clothing industry and for technical purposes.

The yarn intended for dying is subject to twisting and preparation for dying on soft bobbins, to be then treated in the dyeing house and dyed in various colours.  After dying, the yarn is rewound into the shape suitable for further processing.

During twisting, textured yarns are processed into single or multiple twine twisted yarns consisting of two, three, four or more threads.

In the wrapping facility, we produce wrapped elastomeric yarns from elastomeres of known trade marks (Lycra®, Creora® and others), wrapped by raw and dyed yarns.

Technological equipment and technological production processes pursue the latest knowledge and global standards, whereby we pay special attention to the requirements of environment protection, and provide for a corresponding planning of our technological development.
