Components
The characteristics of fabrics depend on the components used and further finishing procedures. Depending on their fibre composition, fabrics we produce are made of various components, whether or not containing elastane.
Cotton
Cotton is a natural fibre of plant origin. Cotton garments are nice to wear, light, airy, soft...
Viscose
Viscose is a regenerated – re-obtained cellulose fibre. The fabric has a nice lustre, is soft to the touch, and resembles the products made from natural fibres. The clothes made of viscose are nice to wear since they are light, moisture absorbent and permeable to air.
Polyester
It is elastic, very solid and resistant to rubbing. It does not shrink and is not easily wrinkled. The care is simple and it dries quickly. Due to its poor moisture absorption, it is less suitable for the products which are in direct contact with the skin.
Polyamide
The fibres are solid and flexible, resistant to rubbing. The products are not easily wrinkled and do not shrink. They are poor moisture-absorbents and dry quickly. Polyamide fibres are sensible to high temperatures.
Acryl
The products have a wool-like touch. The acryl fibre is somewhat less solid and resistant to rubbing than most synthetics. Acryl is a poor moisture-absorbent and dries quickly. The products do not shrink and are not sensitive to light, but to warm moisture which causes permanent damage. Therefore steam ironing should not be used.
Elastane
Elastane is a highly elastic fibre made of polyurethane, which can be stretched even to eight times its length. Added elastane finishes…
Micro modal
Micro modal fibres belong to the group of regenerated cellulose fibres. The fabrics made of macro modal are fancied for their brilliant colours and lustre, soft and pleasant touch. The fabrics made of micro modal are suitable for underwear and upper garments (T-shirts, blouses, dresses, etc.).
Bamboo
Bamboo is a cellulose fibre made of 100% bamboo stalks. It is produced in a completely natural way, in the absence of pesticides, chemical fertilisers and herbicides. However, natural degradability makes its service life rather short...
Kapok
Fibres obtained from kapok tropical tree fruits resemble cotton, however being up to six times lighter than cotton. Kapok fibres are hollow, filled with air, which makes the fabrics natural thermo-regulators – nice and cold in summer and heat-preserving in winter.
Tencel
Tencel is made of wood fibres and is a unique combination of the desired properties of synthetic and natural fibres. Functional properties are based on the innovative nanotechnology science. Nanofibriles are the key to the special TENCELA effect. It is soft like silk...
Outlast
The OUTLAST fibre incorporates micro-capsules filled with PCM materials (Phase Change Materials). These accumulate the surplus heat produced by human body. The heat preserved is released back to the body when necessary, and creates a pleasure zone. The products prevent…
Trevira Bioactive
Trevira Bioactiv is a polyester multifunctional fibre, pleasant to the touch, with antimicrobial effect, which satisfies the highest hygiene standards. Antimicrobial properties are incorporated into the fibre, which makes the effect permanent...
Polypropylene
It is a synthetic fibre with excellent thermal insulation capacities which does not absorb moisture but transports it outwards. Direct contact of polypropylene with the skin (underwear) removes sweat from the body, so the skin is dry, odourless, and ensures...
Tactel
Tactel is a polyamide fibre of the company DuPont which is well-known all over the world. By using the fibre, we prevent the conditions for the occurrence of detrimental...
Coolmax
By its chemical composition, Coolmax is a polyester yarn which, owing to the structure of fibres, enables transmission of moisture from the body to outer fabric layers where it evaporates. This property classifies the fabrics made of Coolmax as top-quality products which provide a complete comfort also in extreme conditions. The advantage of the fabrics made of Coolmax is good moisture transmission…
Sevel
SEVEL® yarn offers a permanent protection against fire in the form of a modacrylic fibres/cotton mixture. Modified acryl has a natural look and touch. This special modacryl/cotton mixture provides fireproof protection. It has excellent fireproof power, does not melt and drip, and have excellent charring effect. The fabric is suitable for protective clothes, underwear, etc.
Climayarn
Climayarn is an intimae mixture of MERINO VOLNE (MERINO WOOL) (superwasch) and POLYPROPYLENE. Yarn in the fabric has the function of temperature regulation in the conditions of extreme temperature variation. For example, it has a warming effect in cold weather and prevents overheating in hot weather. The fabric dries quickly and can be machine-washed although it contains Merino wool. The fabrics made of Coolmax are suitable for winter sportswear and leisure wear...
